Exhibitor Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and requests for refund must be submitted to APOPS at the address below. If written cancellation of space is received by APOPS on or before May 15, 2016, payment will be refunded, less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations received between May 15, 2016, and June 15, 2016, will be refunded 50% of the booth space fee. ***NO REQUESTS FOR CANCELLATION WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER JUNE 15, 2106.***

Space Assignment Policy
Applications for booth assignment must be submitted via the online portal or via mail. Booth spaces will be assigned on a first-come/first-served basis based on receipt of both application and fee. Please submit three choices of booth space. Every effort will be made to provide preferred booth choices, however it will not always be possible. APOPS may at its discretion accept or reject any application for space, and reserves the right to relocate or reassign
exhibit booths at any time. Please keep a copy of your application for
your records.
